The company has its own manufacturing setup with a built-up area of about 60,000 sq. feet, having a capacity to produce 1,50,000 pieces of tops, skirts, shirts, dress, pants and denims. The company also has its own well-established sources for fabrics and trims so as to enable it to give garments a finishing touch at a cost-effective price. Sampling Department:
A well equipped sampling section to meet the required quality and time schedule.
Pattern Making and Grading Equipment:
Patterns are done using CAD for accurate and fault free patterns and markers.
Designing Capacity:
The company also has its own in-house design team. Range of designing is developed as per the buyer’s specifications and requirements.
Quality Department (Fabrics):
The company has its own experienced and professionally equipped Quality Controlling department headed by a Quality Manager for checking and testing of fabrics. Fabric Testing is done in recognized laboratories such as Texan Laboratory, SGS and Intertek. The company also has an in-house laboratory for shrinkage, color and rubbing fastness and a color cabinet.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control (Production):
The company is managed by a well-qualified and fully trained team of professionals who can adapt and meet the quality standards as per the specifications and requirements.
Production Team
A team of highly experienced and professional Production Manager and Batch Supervisors under an able guidance of Industrial engineer and an experienced Factory Manager manages the factory for an optimum scientific productivity.
Finishing team
The finishing department is managed by a well-equipped machineries. It is headed by an experienced finishing in-charge.

The company also source accessories from other countries as per the buyer’s requirements especially from India. |
